Statutes of the Public Management Training Center attached to the President's Vice President for Management and Human Capital Development (Circular 155875/22 dated 08/14/1390 of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology)
In order to improve the expertise and skills of managers and employees of executive bodies in the fields of management and related specialties with a value and Islamic-Irati approach, as well as to increase the technical capabilities of the bodies executive and based on the regulations for the establishment of higher education institutions affiliated to government organizations approved by the twenty-seventh session dated 04/04/2016 of the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution and based on the license number 22/130978 dated 07/18/2013 of the Council for the Development of Higher Education of the Ministry of Science , Research and Technology, Government Management Training Center attached to the President's Vice President for Development of Management and Human Capital was established and according to the Law on Objectives, Duties and Organizations of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology (approved on 05/18/2013), the provisions of this statute, laws, regulations and related regulations are administered.

Article 1- Objectives
1- Training the human resources of executive bodies in order to optimize the performance of the public sector

Article 2- Duties and powers of the center
1- Designing and compiling the training system for managers, experts and employees of executive bodies and communicating to the said bodies, after the approval of the "Deputy"
2- Designing, compiling and implementing training programs for managers, experts and employees of executive bodies (manager training) based on the approvals of the “Deputy” Using the capacity of the private sector
3- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of in-service training for managers, experts and employees of executive bodies and their continuous optimization
4- Providing regional dynamic contexts through planning and implementing training programs in administrative fields and techniques for managers, experts and other employees Islamic countries in order to influence and develop Islamic and regional integration based on Islamic teachings and the thoughts of Imam Khomeini (RA) and His Highness in line with the tasks of the vision document for the development of the Islamic Republic of Iran, in the framework of the "Deputy" approvals.
5- Cooperation with education and research centers that have related scientific activities in order to benefit from their experiences and expertise
6- Carrying out applied studies and researches and producing the knowledge needed by the employees of executive bodies
7- Holding scientific conferences and presenting scientific achievements of the "Center" In the form of educational workshops in compliance with the relevant rules and regulations
